Here is the quick guide on adding WhatsApp and call button to your website

  1. Login to your WordPress website dashboard
  2. Click on the “Plugins > Add New” option
  3. Search for “Chaty” plugin, install it and activate the same

  4. From the sidebar, click on “Chaty > Settings” to navigate to the Chaty plugin settings
  5. Now in the phone input box enter your phone number where you would like to receive the call, you can change the call button color in the button settings
  6. Next, enter your WhatsApp number in the WhatsApp input box and click on the “Save” button

That’s it, now open your website and you will get a new Contact button located at the bottom right corner of the screen, which opens up the WhatsApp and Call buttons when clicked.

How to Show the Call and WhatsApp Button Directly on the Screen

Now we have the contact button which triggers WhatsApp and Call Buttons when clicked on it, but we can also make WhatsApp and call buttons directly accessible.  To do so just follow these steps

  1. Scroll to the “Triggers and targeting” section in the Chaty plugin settings
  2. Change the “Default state” to “Opened by default
  3. Switch off the “Show close button
