Here is the quick solution to stop YouTube recommendations at the video end. All you need is to download a Chrome extension and write some CSS, here is how to do it.

1. Go to Chrome web store and download StyleBot Chrome extension
2. Open YouTube website in the browser
3. Click on Stylebot icon located at the top right corner of the Chrome and click on “Open Stylebot” option
   
   
4. Now click on “Edit CSS” button located in the bottom of the Stylebot and add the following CSS in the text box

display:none;
}

5. Click on the “Save” button in Stylebot and close it.

That’s it, now open any YouTube video and you won’t see the annoying end-card recommendations at the end, watch and enjoy the full YouTube video without any disturbance.
